LLANELLI BOWLING CLUB


The Club is the oldest in the Llanelli area and members play flat green lawn bowls in the Llanelli & District and Welsh Private Greens Leagues whilst Lady Members have just ventured into the Dinefwr Ladies' League.

The Club is located just off the Llanelli Town Centre with its own car park and bar facilities for use of members and visitors

We welcome enquiries from teams wishing to tour the area or arrange friendly matches.

LLANELLI BC v DYLAN WILLIAMS SELECT

On Sunday 30th May (between 1pm & 3pm) Llanelli BC will play a team selected by Dylan Williams

A playing fee of £5 per person includes a complimentary buffet with the proceeds going towards the Motor Neurone Disease Association


CONGRATULATIONS

Dylan Williams is one of four local bowlers who have been included in the Visually Impaired & Disability Squad for the 2022 Commonwealth Games to be held in Birmingham. The Squad is managed by Swansea's Stephen Rees and includes Byron John from Pontarddulais as one of its two coaches. Also in the squad are Shaun Peregrine of Ammanford and Bob Wakeman and Chris Spriggs of Havelock Park


CHANGE TO FIXTURE

The WPGBA Fixture against Bryncoch has now been postponed from Friday 7th May to Tuesday 18th May

Secretary, Alan Bowen, is now the Club's Accredited Covid19 Officer. He will be publishing more information soon.

People using the NHS COVID-19 App on their mobile phones can now sign into the Club by scanning the QR Code Poster that is displayed at the entrance to the Clubhouse
